Activity

ONAM CELEBRATION 2019 - Onam at Pallikkoodam was a testimony to the festive spirit, categorical to this time of the year. Students of Play group to 3 were dressed in bright, gaily colours, as pretty as the flowers they had brought for the pookalam. Students of all grades listened with rapt attention to the interesting narrative of the legend behind the celebration and the various traditions associated with it. The enthusiastic efforts of the teachers and students crystallized in pookalams, floral designs throughout the courtyard of the school. With the lamp lit and the aura of Onam ushered in, we could almost feel the Gods smiling down on us from above. Onam is not complete without a Onam Sadhya and it was a part of the lunch menu for the day ..Happy Onam!
